Unfortunately, the device I previously purchased from Reeder turned out to be faulty again. As a result, I had to go through my sixth phone replacement on January 31, 2025, which this time was done free of charge (in previous replacements, I paid between ₺300 and ₺600 each time). The previous device, an S23 ProMax model, developed issues within just one month, including a swollen battery, charging problems, speaker and microphone malfunctions that made proper phone calls impossible, and a camera that could not take a single clear photo. Additionally, due to frequent signal loss, I could not even use location services in the city center. After experiencing several issues, the company advised me to get the S19 Pro Edge model. However, after setting up the phone, it overheated during the first call within 40 minutes, causing discomfort to my ear. After updating the device, it began freezing and stuttering when playing videos within just 24 hours of use. Tired of constantly explaining my problems to store personnel and customer service, I recorded a video of the issue and visited the store on February 2, 2025, to show the footage. The staff dismissed the overheating as normal, saying, "Our processors always heat up like this," and acted as if I was manipulating the video, which I found both offensive and absurd. As a result, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board tomorrow to initiate the return process. From the first phone to now, I have faced countless problems and delays. Even though the device is under warranty, I am told that the service process will take around 35 business days. To avoid this, I have spent nearly the cost of a new phone on replacements, screen protectors, and phone cases. Despite this, the company's employees continue to display mocking and indifferent attitudes, which is infuriating. Once I am done with this ordeal, I will never buy from this brand again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. I will also share my experience on every platform available. I deeply regret this purchase and advise others not to make the same mistake.
