Reeder S19 Max Pro S Edge Overheats and Freezes During Conference Calls

I deeply regret buying the Reeder S19 Max Pro S Edge phone. My wife purchased it during a so-called "campaign," where we got a second one at the same price. However, the phone started overheating right away, the battery drained incredibly fast, and during conference calls, the image kept freezing. These issues, along with others, made the phone unusable. We requested a return, but after service inspection, we were told the phone would just be sent back to us. Why should I keep paying for a phone I can’t use? We didn’t find this money lying around. This is unacceptable. Please resolve this issue and take back your phone. I don’t want it anymore. The phone was purchased from the Reeder store in Fatsa City, Ordu province, Türkiye.

We are still waiting, my problem hasn't been resolved.
