Reeder P13 Blue Max Pro Lite 2022 4GB 64GB Blue Cell Warranty Repair Issue
I bought a Reeder P13 Blue Max Pro Lite 2022 4GB 64GB Blue mobile phone with a GENPA warranty from Hepsiburada.com using my dad's credit card. The phone suddenly shut down after an update and wouldn't turn back on. Despite multiple attempts to get help from Hepsiburada.com's customer service, they didn't offer any solution. They kept saying it's under Turkish warranty and we should contact the authorized service center, GENPA. Eventually, the battery swelled up, causing the screen to crack. We sent it to Reeder's authorized service center, and they confirmed receiving it with a service number. Later, they claimed I owed ₺2,311.00 for service fees, even though it's clearly a warranty issue and I'm a student without the means to pay. I demand either a replacement phone under warranty or a full refund. The device is currently with the REEDER technical service.
