Reeder P13 Blue 128 GB Battery Replacement Not Covered by Warranty
I purchased the Reeder P13 Blue 128 GB phone on September 8, 2022, only to find that the battery had swollen. Upon visiting the seller's store, I was directed to their customer service hotline. After reaching out, I was informed that the battery wasn't covered by warranty and, for a fee of ₺1500, they would send a replacement phone with 64 GB storage. The store assured me I could handle the exchange there. However, during my second visit, the store clarified that the battery replacement was handled by the technical service, and they could only send the phone, a process that would take 21 business days. While at the store, I called the customer service hotline, but instead of assistance, they created obstacles, leaving me feeling frustrated. I regret my decision to buy this phone and urge the authorities and the company to urgently address both the store and the customer service issues.
