Reeder Refused to Repair My P13 Blue Max Lite Under Warranty

My P13 Blue Max Lite model phone, which I bought from Reeder, has an issue where the sound cuts in and out from both the receiver and speaker, making it impossible to make phone calls. Because of this problem, I took my phone—still under warranty—to the Reeder authorized service center. However, the service center stated that they would not repair the phone. Instead, they offered to let me purchase a different model by paying a ₺4000 price difference. I doubt there is any other example in the world of a company refusing to repair a product that is under warranty. As a so-called local and national brand, they’ve truly outdone themselves—congratulations.
