Reeder Ignored My Complaints and Did Not Stand Behind Their Product

The employees and officials of Reeder never show any concern when you face a problem. They stand by you only until the product is sold, after that you are left on your own. I even tried to reach them multiple times through customer service, but my calls and messages were ignored. This shows that they are not interested in customer satisfaction at all. It is a company that never stands behind the products it sells. If you are considering shopping, think twice and don’t end up victimized like us.
