Reeder Refused to Repair or Replace My Broken Phone - Tried to Sell Me a New One
Our brand-new Reeder phone broke down, so we took it to the service center. Before creating a service record, we were required to contact customer service. The Reeder store made the call from our phone and then handed it back to us. During the conversation, they mentioned a campaign for the next model and offered it for ₺4500 instead of ₺5000. They attempted to sell us a phone that normally costs ₺5000 for a total of ₺8000 by asking us to pay the ₺4500 difference on top of the ₺3500 we had already paid. We refused this offer, after which they forced us to create a service record and took the broken device. A few days later, they called again and tried to sell us the phone once more. When we declined, the customer representative mocked us, even making an inappropriate remark. It seems that seeking justice is a crime for this company. Today, they called again to inform us that no repair was done and that we should take our phone back. When we requested a free replacement, they refused, citing company policy, and dismissively responded with "you know yourself." This is definitely not a product worth considering. Do not be misled by the low price, as they do not provide proper service.
Progress
We sent the faulty phone to Reeder company on 14.02.2025. Not only did they not repair the phone, but they also did not even get back to us. I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. Although the result was in our favor, Reeder company is not complying with the decision. They are not responding. They are not sending my phone. Despite the decision, they are still trying to sell phones.
As of this time on 14.03.2025, Reeder customer service called again. Regarding my complaint. They tried to sell a phone again. I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Board. They will do what is necessary. You continue to treat your customers like this.
This company's customer service is unreachable. They have taken the phones and do not answer with a ready response.
The company took the phone, neither sending a new one nor repairing it. Customer service cannot be reached.
They are still trying to sell phones
There cannot be such a bad company. I initiated legal proceedings against the company, yet they still ignore it. They seized the phone as collateral. I will start foreclosure proceedings.
