Reeder Sold Me S71 S19 Pro Max and a Smartwatch but Never Delivered the Watch

As part of a campaign, I purchased one Reeder S71, one S19 Pro Max, and a smartwatch for a total of ₺23,999 on 25.02.2025. The phones were delivered from the Manisa Akhisar Novada outlet store, but the smartwatch has not been delivered even after a month. Although I contacted customer service, they simply told me to send an email. I did that too, but never received a response. Later, I was told the issue was forwarded to the store and was advised to "exercise my legal rights." If you're not going to deliver a product I’ve paid for within a month, then refund my money. Spread this issue to all media and platforms. The phones didn’t meet expectations either. None of their products should be like this.
