In March, I purchased a pair of Reebok brand sports shoes from the Decathlon store in Bakirkoy Marmara Forum. The front upper section of the shoes began peeling within two months. I took the product back to the seller, Decathlon, requesting a repair or replacement. The sales representative took a cursory look and informed me that this issue was not covered under warranty and that there was nothing they could do. The product, which was claimed to be under warranty at the time of purchase, is now unusable. Even street vendors stand behind their products more than this. Decathlon, supposedly a reputable brand, offered no solution to my problem. Now, I am awaiting a response from the manufacturer, Reebok. I want a repair or replacement for the Reebok shoes I purchased.
