I Report Decathlon Vialand Swim Goggles Coating Failure & Refused Exchange

I purchased swim goggles from the Decathlon Vialand branch, and incredibly, the coating peeled off within just two months. This happened on only my third use. When I returned to the store to exchange them, I was informed they couldn't process the exchange because they hadn't created a record of my purchase linked to my email address at the time of sale. This is a severe oversight on their part.
The staff were completely unhelpful, despite my explanation that I've been a loyal customer for years. Although I don't have the physical receipt, the purchase was clearly made only two months ago, well within any reasonable warranty period for a defect like this. This experience has left me shocked and deeply frustrated. I have paid for a product that is clearly defective and am now denied a simple exchange due to an internal process failure by Decathlon. I urgently request that Decathlon honor its product warranty and either replace my defective swim goggles or provide a full refund.
