I bought this phone on February 8, 2025, and right from day one, I've had serious problems with both the network reception and the speaker. I immediately requested a refund, but they sent it to service instead.
The service supposedly "fixed" it. I gave them the phone with its original screen protector on, but this major brand, Realme, actually removed the protector and then just cheaped out, not even replacing it properly because it was "too expensive" to put on an extra one. We were forced to accept this "fix" because the refund was denied. This is truly shameful, and I would never recommend Realme to anyone.
Realme, you need to fix the network and speaker issues on my 12 Pro permanently! Your service is abysmal, and removing the screen protector during "repair" is unacceptable. Provide a full refund or a genuinely working replacement device now!
