I purchased the Realme 12 Pro+ (12/512 GB) from Erzurum Vatan on October 5, 2024, and since day one, I’ve had nothing but problems. The battery drains extremely fast—even with normal use, I have to charge it twice a day. I specifically bought this phone for its powerful battery, but it’s completely unreliable. To save battery, I turned off all animations and extra features, which defeats the purpose of having a feature-packed phone.
Another major issue: when using the speaker during calls, my voice sounds muffled to the person on the other end. Then came software and touchscreen issues—I can’t click on links, pop-ups don’t open, and sometimes the touch calibration fails, making the screen tap in the wrong places. The phone also lags heavily and overheats, especially while charging—it feels scorching hot!
I can’t send it for review because I rely on it for my daily work and have no backup device. Given these ongoing problems, I demand a refund. Realme, you need to fix this or offer a return solution immediately. Please resolve my issue urgently!
