My Realme 12 Pro Freezes and Goes Black—I Want a Replacement

I purchased a Realme 12 Pro from MediaMarkt, and from the very beginning, the device has been a complete letdown. It constantly freezes, the screen goes black, and it becomes completely unresponsive. Most of the time, I can’t even turn it back on without forcing a restart. This is unacceptable for a brand-new smartphone.

I specifically bought this model based on the insistent recommendation from a MediaMarkt employee, who claimed it was one of the best choices. Unfortunately, that advice couldn’t have been more wrong. The phone is clearly faulty, and it has caused nothing but frustration.

I am now formally requesting either a full device replacement or a refund. If this is not resolved immediately, I will take legal action through the Consumer Rights Court. I’m not willing to accept a defective product—especially one that was heavily pushed as reliable.

Realme and MediaMarkt must stand behind the products they sell and respect their customers. I urge you to process my replacement or refund request without delay. I’m done waiting.
