Unexpected $42 Charge From Myqı Sparks Billing Dispute
I made a one-time test payment on the Myqı website and believed that my card would only be charged for that single transaction. However, when I checked my bank card activity six days ago, I discovered that an additional $42 had been charged without my knowledge or authorization. I never requested or agreed to any recurring or increasing payment plan or subscription.
I can clearly see the transaction in my card activity, but since I only made a one-time test purchase, I do not accept this additional charge. I believe this charge was made unfairly and without my consent.
I am requesting that Myqı refund the $42 charged to my card, as well as any other unauthorized or recurring charges that may have been processed in the past. I also demand that my card information be completely removed from their system. I ask that this matter be investigated and that my grievance be fully resolved.
