Stanley Thermos Fails 24-Hour Hot and Cold Claim

In 2025, I purchased two Stanley thermoses from a BİM store—one food thermos and one water thermos. Although the products clearly state that they keep contents hot or cold for 24 hours, both thermoses noticeably lose temperature after about 4 hours and absolutely do not deliver the promised performance.
After experiencing this issue, I contacted Stanley customer service and, upon request, sent the products in for warranty inspection. Following the review, I received only a brief message stating, “No manufacturing defect was found. Your product will be returned to you with shipping charges due upon delivery.” However, no detailed explanation was provided. Even though the thermoses fail to maintain temperature for the advertised 24 hours, I was told they were not defective, and I am also being charged for return shipping. I do not find this fair.
Since neither thermos maintains temperature for the stated duration, I am requesting that Stanley replace both products with new ones. If that is not possible, I am requesting a full refund. I ask that a solution be provided that reflects the performance and time claims printed on the product, and that my complaint be properly resolved.
