It’s only been a week since I bought the Realme 12, and I’m already regretting it. Every time I open a game or an app, the phone starts freezing after about 10 minutes of use. I specifically chose this model because of its supposedly powerful processor, but it’s clearly not living up to expectations.
I even emailed Realme support to report the issue, but I’ve received no response whatsoever. The lack of customer service is as frustrating as the phone itself. I honestly wish I had listened to my cousin and gone with Xiaomi instead. At least then I might not be dealing with these performance issues so soon after purchasing a new device.
This level of performance from a new phone is completely unacceptable, and I demand that Realme respond and offer a proper solution. I paid for a reliable phone, not a laggy mess.
