Stanley Thermos Lid Leaks and Warranty Claim Goes Unanswered for a Year
I started experiencing a leaking issue with the lid of my 354 ml Stanley thermos that I purchased through Amazon. Because of this problem, I submitted a replacement request through Stanley’s website nearly a year ago.
However, I have not received any response regarding my claim to this day. I was not provided with any updates, information, or resolution after submitting my request through the website.
I am requesting that my leaking thermos be evaluated under warranty and that the lid—or, if necessary, the entire product—be replaced. I also expect to finally receive a response regarding my claim.
