I Face Green Line Issue on My Realme GT2 Pro Screen Without Any Physical Damage


I bought my Realme GT2 Pro just over 2 years ago, and now two green vertical lines have appeared on the screen out of nowhere. This seems to be a common issue, as many other users have reported the exact same problem. Despite this being clearly a widespread manufacturing defect, I was quoted ₺11,000–₺12,000 for a screen replacement. That’s outrageous.
The phone has no other issues—performance is great, battery is still solid—but now it’s practically unusable because of the screen defect. I purchased this phone as a flagship device, expecting long-term quality. Instead, it's turned into a disappointment right after the warranty expired. The timing makes the whole situation feel suspicious.
If so many users are experiencing this, Realme should take responsibility and offer a free screen replacement or at least a heavily discounted repair. A flagship model shouldn’t fail like this. I trusted the brand, and now my money feels wasted. Please do the right thing and support your customers instead of ignoring a clear design flaw.
