About 20 days ago, a green line suddenly appeared on the screen of my Realme GT2 Pro. After some research, I found that this issue is common worldwide among GT2 Pro models and usually occurs after a software update. When I contacted Realme service, they told me to take my device to the service and that the screen would be replaced free of charge. I handed over my device (form number: 2502524374), and the screen was replaced. However, when I received it, the battery was dead, and after charging it at home, the phone got stuck on the startup logo, continuously restarting and shutting down, making it completely unusable. The next day, I went back to the service center and explained the situation. The device was registered again, and a week later, I received a message stating that the motherboard needed to be replaced at a cost of ₺20,000. I made it clear that I had delivered the phone in perfect condition, had no issues with the motherboard, had never dropped it, and only brought it in for a screen replacement. Despite this, Realme did not approve a free repair, and KVK offered no solution. Realme customer service advised me to leave the device at the service center again and not to take it back without repair, but KVK said that only a paid repair was possible after consulting Realme and returned my phone to me in a nonfunctional (won’t turn on) state. I have now received my device back defective, and my problem has been ongoing for about 20 days. Since I delivered my phone in working condition and it was returned damaged, I am requesting a free replacement with an equivalent device.
