I bought a Razer Barracuda X headset from Media Markt about 1–2 years ago, expecting a premium product. However, despite its high price, I have experienced constant issues since day one. When I first opened the box, there was a loose piece rattling inside, making a broken part noise even though it was brand new. At the time, I ignored it, but over time, the headset started breaking while I was simply wearing it. Now, it’s falling apart to the point where I can’t even use it properly anymore. I reached out to Media Markt, but they refused to cover it under warranty. If you’re considering this headset, be warned—it is fragile, and support is nonexistent. Razer, I expect a real solution!
