Razer Barracuda Pro Headset Cracked in 3-4 Months Due to Manufacturing Defect


I purchased a Razer Barracuda Pro from Vatan Bilgisayar, and within just 3-4 months, the headset developed cracks and eventually broke due to a clear manufacturing defect. I take great care of my electronics—there was no dropping, impact, or rough handling. It simply cracked while removing it from my head as usual. I had already noticed creaking noises coming from the headset from time to time, which seems to be a common issue.
After researching on Razer’s official forums, I found many other users experiencing the same problem within the first few months of use, especially with the Barracuda series. I don’t know who to contact for a proper solution. I will be applying for warranty support with the document provided by Vatan Bilgisayar, but I expect Razer and Vatan Bilgisayar to take responsibility and offer a replacement or repair. If you own this headset, check for cracks before it’s too late.
