I bought a Razer Barracuda headset from Amazon, and after just 3–4 months of use, cracks started appearing on both the left and right sides. At first, I ignored them, but within a couple of weeks, the damage got worse. Every time I placed the headset on my desk and picked it up again, it broke even more, eventually becoming completely unusable. While the sound quality is fine, the headset can no longer stay securely on my head because of how fragile it has become. For a premium product, this is completely unacceptable. Razer needs to address this serious durability issue—I expect a replacement or solution immediately! Consumers deserve better from a brand that claims to offer high-quality gaming accessories.
