I sent my Razer Barracuda Pro in for warranty once before due to a defect, and it was replaced. After that, I didn’t use it for a long time. When I finally started using it again, I noticed cracks forming on both sides just from taking it off my head. I continued using it like this until 10 days ago, when the right side completely broke apart—without any drop or external damage.
I immediately sent it in for warranty service, only to receive a response today saying they would only replace it for a fee—demanding ₺11,241! Razer, how can a premium headset break under normal use, and you refuse to honor the warranty? I expect proper support, not an unreasonable charge. This is unacceptable for a brand of this level!
