I Got Cracks on My Razer Barracuda Headset

I purchased a Razer Barracuda headset, expecting premium quality from such a well-known brand. Unfortunately, after a short time, cracks started forming on the sides of the headset—completely on their own. I didn’t drop it, mishandle it, or misuse it in any way. When I looked into it further, I discovered that this is a common manufacturing defect affecting many other users as well.
On the Şikayetvar platform, I saw that many people with the same issue were granted a refund. However, when I sent in my headset for inspection, I was shocked to receive a repair quote that was almost equal to the full price of the product. That’s outrageous.
This is clearly a design flaw, not customer misuse. I demand a full refund for this faulty product. Razer, stand behind your brand and stop charging your customers for your own production errors.

Still no response, Razer is a disappointment.
