Razer Barracuda Headset Cracking on Its Own – Poor Build Quality





I purchased the Razer Barracuda headset in June, and now cracks and breaks have started forming on the frame. I have never dropped it, hit it, or subjected it to any impact, yet the plastic is splitting apart on its own. The worst crack is on the rotating section above the ear cups, where two separate fractures are now merging into a deep structural break.
After looking into other complaints, I see that this is a common issue—it’s clearly a manufacturing defect, not user damage. Razer, you need to fix this! This is an expensive headset, and customers should not be dealing with cracking plastic after just a few months. I demand a replacement or a proper solution! Has anyone else faced this issue?
