I Can’t Withdraw My 60k from Rakuten Due to Endless Fee Demands

I opened a seller account on Rakuten, and things went well at first. Orders were coming in, and I was fulfilling them. However, when the volume increased, I had trouble approving large batches quickly. Rakuten penalized me for late confirmations. I paid the penalty and approved the orders, then decided to close my account. But now I cannot withdraw the money left in my Rakuten balance—₺60,000 in total.

Every time I request a withdrawal, they ask for another payment: a tax fee, a points fee, a platform fee—you name it. I kept transferring money just to unlock my own funds, yet they moved my account into a so-called “tax tier” and requested more. I even paid that. Still, no payout.

At this point, I feel completely scammed. I’ve paid over and over with no result. If anyone has successfully withdrawn from Rakuten or knows how to deal with this, please reach out. Rakuten must release my money or give a real explanation.
