Shopify Withdrew Money from My Canceled Account Without My Consent
Shopify withdrew ₺19,000 from my account, even though I canceled my site subscription months ago. Seeing my money taken unfairly has left me outraged. Earning money is not easy, so how can they withdraw funds from an unused account without my consent? I have been trying to reach support for days, but no real solution has been provided. They said, "We will get back to you," but nothing happened—they are just stalling. I demand an immediate refund of the money taken without authorization. If this issue is not resolved, I will take legal action. Arbitrary withdrawals without user consent are unacceptable. This experience has truly unsettled me and completely shattered my trust in Shopify. I don’t know if I’m the only one affected, but this needs to be fixed immediately.
