I Lost Money on Rakuten After Approving Orders and Paying All Their Fees

I operated on Rakuten’s e-commerce platform for about a month and decided to withdraw my earnings after completing many orders. But instead of being paid, I faced countless obstacles. First, they demanded I approve all pending orders. I did that. Then they introduced platform fees, tax tier payments, and penalties for delayed order confirmations—despite the fact that all orders had been completed.

Each time I complied and paid what they asked, they came up with a new excuse to charge more. Eventually, they drained my entire balance. I had ₺60,000 in my account, and now I have nothing.

This feels like a deliberate scheme to extract money from sellers under the disguise of “platform policies.” I’m looking for guidance on how to proceed legally or otherwise. Rakuten must be held accountable. If anyone has experienced something similar or knows how I can recover my funds, please reach out. I need urgent help to resolve this unacceptable situation.
