I Can’t Withdraw My Money from Rakuten Prime Store Despite Multiple Attempts

I opened a store on Rakuten using a reference number and deposited a significant amount of money. When I tried to withdraw my funds, they constantly delayed the process with countless excuses and never returned my money. Each time I reached out, I was given a new reason—whether it was verification issues, platform rules, or processing delays. Nothing made sense.

What’s more suspicious is that the site addresses I registered with keep changing:

It feels like I’ve been scammed under the Rakuten name. If anyone else has faced this or can offer help, I’d really appreciate it. Rakuten should take full responsibility and resolve this immediately. My money is still stuck, and I want it back.
