I Opened a Rakuten Store but Can’t Withdraw My Funds After Deposit

I created a store on what appeared to be Rakuten, using a reference number and loaded funds into the platform to begin trading. Everything seemed fine at first, but when I tried to withdraw my money, I was met with endless excuses. They cited vague reasons like verification errors, processing delays, and system issues—but not once did they process my withdrawal.

What’s more troubling is the constant change in domain addresses. The original site I registered through kept shifting between:

rakuten Prime store

rakutengold.net

rakutenbazaar.store

This inconsistency is a huge red flag. I feel completely scammed and misled. I’m now stuck, unable to access the money I invested. If anyone has gone through the same issue or knows how to get help, please reach out. Rakuten must investigate this immediately and return my funds.
