I purchased a Dreame L40 Ultra vacuum cleaner in October, and I have been experiencing a serious issue with the mop cloth since the very first day. The mop cloth constantly folds over during cleaning, preventing the device from cleaning properly. Additionally, there was no spare mop cloth included in the box, so I haven’t been able to fix the problem myself. I contacted Dreame customer service about this issue and was told that I would be called back, but no one has ever contacted me. Despite the product being new, I am unable to use it. I believe both the mop cloth and the attachment base it sticks to are defective. Every time I call customer service, I am told that I will be contacted soon, but I am never given a specific date or a reference number for my case. If the customer service cannot resolve such a simple issue, I can only imagine how they would handle more serious problems. Do not buy Dreame products — it’s a disappointment. I kindly request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible.
