My Rainbow Carpet Cleaning Robot's Water Tank Broke Easily

I dropped the water tank of my brand-new Rainbow Carpet Cleaning Robot by accident, and it shattered into a thousand pieces. This is in contrast to the older model that I had, which was so sturdy that it would not break even if I stood on it. In spite of the fact that I have been a devoted customer for thirty years, I am deeply surprised and dissatisfied by the low quality of the materials used in this new model. The level of fragility represented here is unacceptable.
