Quotex Account Blocked After Deposit - Refund Still Not Received

On 24 December, I deposited $100 into my trading account on the Quotexbrokerfx platform via a web link from Nigeria. Less than a day after making this deposit, I tried to log into my account, but my password was suddenly rejected. After several unsuccessful login attempts, my account was blocked. I immediately contacted the Quotexbrokerfx technical support team and provided all the documents and proofs they requested, including transaction evidence and valid identification. They confirmed that my account was blocked and informed me that they would initiate a refund process. Since then, almost a week has passed. Despite sending several reminders and resubmitting the same proofs and documents, I have not received any positive response, clear update, or my refund. I have also been in constant contact with the trade leader who introduced me to the platform, but it appears there is nothing more he can do. I am extremely disappointed that my account was blocked so quickly after my deposit and that my refund has still not been processed. I kindly request a full refund of my $100 deposit without any further delay and a clear explanation for why my account was blocked immediately after funding it.
