I Face Quotex Risk-Free Trade Promo Code Not Working and Support Delay

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a Quotex risk-free trade promo code. On 14.12.2025, I tried to use a risk-free trade code in the Market section of the platform, but the code was not accepted and could not be activated. After encountering this issue, I contacted Quotex support. They informed me that the situation is "in progress", but so far nothing has been resolved, and the risk-free trade is still not available on my account. I kindly request that my risk-free trade be activated as promised, or that an equivalent risk-free trade be applied to my account without any loss on my side. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and a clear explanation to be provided.
