Quotex Promo Credit Not Received After Trade

I am using the Quotex mobile application from Nepal and on 06/04/2026 at around 00:02:33 I made a trade for $10. During this process I wanted to benefit from the $3 promotional credit that was being advertised in an in‑app banner, but no promo code or bonus was provided to me. This was the first time I tried to use a promotional offer on Quotex. I had deposited $10 into my account and lost this amount in that trade. Despite fulfilling the conditions shown in the app banner, I did not receive the $3 promotional credit that was promised. I request that my promotional code be issued immediately and that the missing $3 promotional credit be added to my Quotex account without further delay. I kindly ask that this issue be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible.
