I am writing to report a problem with a deposit I made to my Quotex trading account that has not been credited, even though the amount was deducted from my wallet. On 30 January 2026 at around 3:13 p.m., I deposited 3,000 INR into my Quotex account using the MobiKwik wallet. The money was successfully deducted from my MobiKwik wallet, and I have a transaction ID and proof of payment, but the amount has still not been reflected in my Quotex balance. I contacted support regarding this issue, but have not received any response so far. This situation is preventing me from using my funds on the platform and is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that Quotex urgently check this transaction, credits the 3,000 INR to my trading account as soon as possible, and informs me of the outcome of the investigation.
