I am writing to raise a serious complaint regarding my standard trading account on Quotex, which was suddenly blocked on 27 February 2026 without any explanation. I have not violated any policy to my knowledge, yet my access has been completely restricted, and I cannot even view my account details or transaction history. On that day, I deposited 60 USD and made a profit of 208 USD, bringing my account to 268 USD. I initiated a withdrawal of 118 USD via bank transfer from India. However, my account was then blocked, and now I do not see any transaction history showing this 118 USD withdrawal, even though the leaderboard in the platform still shows that I made a profit of 208 USD. This situation raises serious concerns about the transparency and reliability of the platform. My registered name is Shivansh. I have contacted Quotex support, but unlike previous times when I received replies within a few hours, I have not received any response at all regarding this issue. I request that my account be urgently unblocked, that my 118 USD withdrawal be processed and paid out without further delay, and that I receive a clear explanation regarding where the remaining profit from my trading has gone and a refund of that amount as well. I expect a prompt, written explanation of what happened to my account and funds, and on what basis my account was blocked.
