Quotex Risk-Free Trade Promo Code Not Working

I am writing regarding a problem I experienced with a Quotex risk-free trade promo code. On 09.01.2026, I tried to use a risk-free trade code in the Market section of the platform, but the code was not accepted and could not be activated on my account with ID 68230683. After encountering this issue, I contacted Quotex support. They informed me that the situation is “in progress, but so far nothing has been resolved, and the risk-free trade is still not available on my account. I kindly request that my risk-free trade be activated as promised, or that an equivalent risk-free trade be applied to my account without any loss on my side. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, and a clear explanation to be provided as to why the promo code could not be activated.
