Quotex Winning Trade Paid Zero
I placed a trade of 10 USD on the USD/ARS pair on Quotex on 20/03/2026, and the trade clearly showed as a win, but the platform displayed zero returns. Despite winning the position, neither my stake nor any profit was credited back to my account, and the result screen simply showed 0 return. I contacted Quotex support about this issue but have not received any response so far. I also have a screenshot showing that the trade was won and still resulted in zero returns, which I can provide as evidence. I kindly request that this trade be reviewed, that my 10 USD stake be correctly restored, and that the full profit for this winning trade be credited to my account as soon as possible.
Progress
I requested a withdrawal of 25 USD from my Quotex account to my M-Pesa account on 10 May, but as of today the money has still not been credited to my M-Pesa and there is no visible progress on the withdrawal.
I contacted Quotex customer support about this issue, but I have not received any clear response or explanation regarding the reason for the delay or the current status of my withdrawal. This situation is causing me inconvenience, as I was expecting the payment within a reasonable time.
I kindly request that my 25 USD withdrawal to M-Pesa be processed and paid to me without any further delay and that I be informed about the status of this transaction.
