QNB Finansinvest Withdrawal Issue - Unresponsive Customer Service

I currently have ₺55,000 in my QNB Finansinvest account, but unfortunately, I am unable to withdraw it at the moment due to an error stating that the transaction limit is insufficient. Even after trying to get in touch with customer service every single day for a whole week, I still can't manage to reach them. This establishment, which previously provided efficient assistance in promptly opening my account, now disappoints by failing to respond to my calls for support, a fundamental expectation. Once I get my money back, I'm going to close all my accounts with QNB Bank and never deal with them again. It's unacceptable to abandon people in this manner; your lack of responsibility has caused significant disruptions to my plans for an entire week.
