On September 5, 2025, in Yenimahalle Neighborhood, Atakum District of Samsun, I attempted to deposit ₺35,800 into my Enpara account using a QR code at the only QNB Finansbank ATM in the area. The ATM accepted all the money, but then malfunctioned without providing any receipt or documentation and swallowed the cash. The IBAN of my Enpara account where I made the transaction is TR56**************************19. Immediately afterward, I contacted both QNB Finansbank and Enpara customer service. QNB Finansbank customer service did not assist me, while Enpara customer service only said they could create a record and would not be able to handle the issue before Monday. However, this amount is urgently needed for payments and for lawsuits that must be filed on behalf of my clients. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and the money quickly returned to my account. This is the first time I have faced such a problem, and losing such a large amount has left me in a very difficult situation. I urgently ask for my grievance to be resolved.

I have not been able to log into the Enpara mobile banking application on my Oppo A74 model phone since this afternoon. I constantly receive the warning, 'We are unable to process your request at the moment, please try again later.' I cannot make my payments and cannot access my account in any way. The problem persists despite trying multiple times with both Wi-Fi and mobile data. While I do not experience such issues with other banks’ applications, these kinds of access problems keep recurring with Enpara.

I spoke with customer service, but they could not help because the firewall could not be bypassed. They send a notification for security, but when I click on the notification, nothing happens and I am redirected back to the login screen. On Friday evening, I reported and filed a complaint about a cash swallowing issue at a QNB Finansbank ATM; I received a message at 14:25 today stating it was resolved, but I have not been able to log into the application since then. My account number: 17063741436

I have not been able to file the necessary lawsuits since Friday, and I have had delayed payments. I am unable to practice my profession as a lawyer and am experiencing serious victimization. I use an individual account. I also had my credit card canceled over the weekend; I do not want to work with such a problematic institution. If I can recover my money, I will close my account as well.

I demand an urgent and permanent solution.
