I have not been able to log into the Enpara mobile banking application on my Oppo A74 model phone since this afternoon. I constantly receive the warning, 'We are unable to process your request at the moment, please try again later.' I cannot make my payments and cannot access my account in any way. The problem persists despite trying multiple times with both Wi-Fi and mobile data. While I do not experience such issues with other banks’ applications, these kinds of access problems keep recurring with Enpara.
I spoke with customer service, but they could not help because the firewall could not be bypassed. They send a notification for security, but when I click on the notification, nothing happens and I am redirected back to the login screen. On Friday evening, I reported and filed a complaint about a cash swallowing issue at a QNB Finansbank ATM; I received a message at 14:25 today stating it was resolved, but I have not been able to log into the application since then. I have not been able to file the necessary lawsuits since Friday, and I have had delayed payments. I am unable to practice my profession as a lawyer and am experiencing serious victimization. I use an individual account. I also had my credit card canceled over the weekend; I do not want to work with such a problematic institution. If I can recover my money, I will close my account as well.
I demand an urgent and permanent solution.
