I Face Xiaomi Watch 2 Call Audio Problem—No Voice on Either Side

I purchased my Xiaomi Watch 2 about a year ago from internetmi.com. The device worked perfectly for the first eight months, but for the past month, I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue — whenever I answer a call, no sound is transmitted either to or from the other person. This happens on every call, and I haven’t been able to find a solution.
I sent the device to the authorized service center under warranty, but even after the service, the problem continues. I’ve also tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps, including factory resetting the watch and updating the software, but the issue remains unresolved. The device was returned to me without any effective repair.
I am requesting a replacement of my watch to resolve this issue, as it is still under warranty. My reference number is 23807. I kindly ask for urgent support to resolve my complaint.

No one is calling, no one is asking; the watch is trash. So far, the camera, headphones, phone, and home systems were all Xiaomi brand, but after-sales service support finally hit me for the first time. They don't stand behind the product, they don't care. I will definitely never consider buying any of their products again.
