Poco X7 Pro Mic Not Working with JBL Type-C Earphones

I’ve been using JBL Type-C earphones with my Poco X7 Pro for about two months, and I’ve encountered a persistent issue during phone calls. While I can clearly hear the other person’s voice, my voice doesn’t transmit to them at all.

I tested the same earphones on other phones, and I also tried different earphones on my Poco X7 Pro. The issue only occurs on my device, and it happens during every phone call.

My phone is still under warranty, and it has never been serviced before. I suspect that the issue is software-related, and I’m requesting that Poco address this problem through a future software update.
