I purchased the Metabalance Path product from Purisaki this morning. On the website, the price of the product was shown as ₺600 but during the payment process I was charged ₺3000. After noticing this situation, I wrote to Purisaki customer service, but I have not received any response. I do not want to receive this product under these conditions and I find it unacceptable that I was charged a much higher amount than I expected and that my message has been ignored. I request the immediate cancellation of my order and a full refund of the ₺3000 I paid. I expect the refund to be processed as soon as possible and the issue to be resolved.
