Puma Kids Shoes from Marmaraform Were Defective and My Return Request Was Rejected
I bought a pair of Puma kids' shoes from Marmaraform, and they were clearly defective from the get-go. I returned them to the store since my kid didn’t even wear them for a month. I sent the shoes in for inspection, and they just told me the claim got rejected. It's totally outrageous that they would charge so much for a subpar product and then act like it's not their problem when it has issues. How can this possibly be considered acceptable in business? As a customer, it feels like I'm being exploited, and this absence of responsibility is honestly frustrating. Marmaraform really needs to take responsibility for the products they offer, especially when the problem is so clear-cut.
