PUBG (Pubgmobile.com) Unauthorized Mobile Payment

My account was charged 2574.95 TL for a mobile payment that I didn't know about, and customer service says they can't do anything about it. I didn't do a PUBG mobile transaction that Midasbuy charged me for. I got a message saying the transaction went through, but I didn't start it, so I'm objecting. This payment was made without my permission by someone else. Customer service hasn't done anything about this problem, and nothing has been done. I'm disabled and can't pay this amount, so I'm eligible for a disabled discount. If they don't give me my money back, I'll take them to court. This problem needs to be fixed as soon as possible.
