PUBG Mobile Withdrew Money From My Card Without Permission or Any Notification

Even though PUBG Mobile was not installed on my phone, I did not make any purchases, and I had no subscription, a total of ₺11,590 was withdrawn from my card between 10.04.25 and 20.04.25 without 3D verification and without any SMS notification sent to my phone. Since these were not my transactions, it appears the game automatically withdrew money from my card for no reason. I double-checked all transaction logs and none of them were authorized by me. This money was taken from my account without my consent, and the charges do not belong to me. I want the full amount refunded immediately. If this is not resolved, I will file a formal complaint.
