PUBG Mobile Unauthorized Purchase on My Phone Bill

I got my phone bill and saw a charge of ₺2529.86 from PUBG Mobile. I reached out to customer service and they informed me that the charge was not made by them, but rather by PUBG Mobile.

I don't play PUBG Mobile and I haven't given anyone permission to make purchases for me. I reckon my kid might've gone ahead and downloaded the game and made the purchase without me knowing.

I am very disappointed that PUBG Mobile does not have better safeguards in place to prevent unauthorized purchases. I am requesting a full refund of the charge.
