I Want to Move My PUBG Vietnam PubG Account to Global

I want to move my account from Vietnam to Global, but man, it's been such a pain! I've spent a lot of money on this account, but now I can't even put the Vietnam version on my phone. How could that be? I've tried to figure this out on my own but haven't been able to. I really need some help with this, or I'll take it to the next level. I'm talking about making a complaint against PUBG Mobile and even thinking about going to court. Yes, things have gotten that bad, it's my account, and if I want to, I should be able to change it to Global. Shouldn't it be easier than this? But every time I try to do it, I keep running into a brick wall. I'm calling out to you guys to ask for help and support.  put so much time and money into this game, and not even able to play the version I want.
