I Can’t Log Into My PUBG Mobile Account After Phone Change

I’ve been playing PUBG Mobile for years using my Google account to log in without any issues—until I switched phones. After upgrading my device, I initially accessed the game by scanning a QR code from my old phone. Then, I deleted the Google account from the old phone and tried to log in directly from the new one.

That’s when everything fell apart. For the past four months, I haven’t been able to access my account at all. Every time I try, I get error messages like “User not found” or “No account exists.” I can’t even use the phone number linked to the account anymore, as it’s no longer active.

I’ve spent years and ₺ on this game, building progress and unlocking content, and now it’s all inaccessible. It’s incredibly frustrating that such a well-known game can have such a fragile login system with no reliable recovery option.

PUBG Mobile support, I’m asking you to step in and help me recover my account immediately. This is completely unacceptable. Loyal players shouldn’t be locked out of their profiles because of a phone change.
